Species guides

A forecast you can actually read

Most bite calendars give you a score with no explanation. GetCatch shows the score with a confidence value, how much the chosen species and time of day changed it, and the hourly weather behind it. The model itself is documented openly: wind, pressure and its trend, air temperature, chance of rain and cloud cover, adjusted for species, season and time of day. Read how the bite forecast works or check today's fishing forecast for Kyiv.

Real catch reports, not guesses

The map shows catch reports with the species, method and lure that worked. You can filter by fish and by method, for example to see only perch caught on ultralight spinning. The Kyiv fishing spots page summarises what those reports show for the Kyiv area.
